OUR CHARITY SHOPS HAVE REOPENED
Following the temporary closure of our Charity shops due to Covid-19, they have now reopened since the 12/04/2021. We are ensuring that all necessary precautions are in place such as social distancing measures, protective equipment for staff and volunteers and the safe collection and processing of donated items.
To ensure the safety of our staff, volunteers, customers, and service users, we have made significant changes and implemented new ways to how we operate. These new initiatives will continue to be reviewed as we go, in order to ensure we are doing everything possible to ensure the safety and wellbeing of those who work, volunteer and shop with us.

How will social distancing be maintained in shops and stores?
Our shops have been assessed and given a maximum number of people who can safely be in each shop at any one time. This includes volunteers and staff. Shop teams will monitor these numbers throughout the day and ask people to wait outside if capacity is reached.
