We are ensuring that all necessary precautions are in place such as social distancing measures, protective equipment for staff and volunteers and the safe collection and processing of donated items.

To ensure the safety of our staff, volunteers, customers, and service users, we have made significant changes and implemented new ways to how we operate. These new initiatives will continue to be reviewed as we go, in order to ensure we are doing everything possible to ensure the safety and wellbeing of those who work, volunteer and shop with us.

Will opening hours be different?

Yes, our opening hours have been adjusted as below:

Charity Shop -28 High Street

Monday to Friday

10.30am – 4.30pm

10.00am - 4.30pm

We are grateful for your donations and would ask you to please call prior to coming in, as we now work on an appointment basis to manage and coordinate the amount of donations coming in safely.

Can I leave items outside the shop?

We kindly ask you to please not leave donations outside.

It is hazardous, especially if it rains. People may also steal contents or scatter on the path.

Please give us a call and we will book you in to drop of your donations safely.

Can I buy on your eBay shop?

Yes, our eBay store is open with safety measures in place for collection & delivery services.

How will social distancing be maintained in shops and stores?

Our shops have been assessed and given a maximum number of people who can safely be in each shop at any one time. This includes volunteers and staff. Shop teams will monitor these numbers throughout the day and ask people to wait outside if capacity is reached.
