Charity Statement regarding staff changes

Making a Difference to Maidstone (MADM) would like to share an update with our community, partners, supporters, and funders regarding a recent change within our organisation. Amanda Sidwell, our founder and outreach worker, has stepped away from her role with MADM.

This change, though unexpected, marks an important moment in MADM’s journey. Amanda’s contributions during her time with us have been invaluable, and we are truly grateful for her dedication and hard work. We wish Amanda all the best as she moves on to new opportunities.

MADM remains fully committed to its mission of supporting those in need within the Maidstone area. We want to reassure our partners, supporters, and funders that it is business as usual. We continue to operate our services without interruption, and our dedicated team remains focused on delivering the high standards of outreach and support that have been central to our work.
