The Christmas Donation Hub

The Christmas Donation Hub run by Maidstone Borough Council was officially opened by the Mayor Cllr John Perry on Thursday 14th Novemeber.

Our Charity Shop Manager Emma and Marketing Lead Nigel represented MADM at the opening.The Hub is located in Unit 101, The Mall Maidstone (on the lower ground floor near to the B&M store).

The Council and The Mall launched the first Maidstone Christmas Donation Hub last year after residents told us how worried they were about getting through the festive season because of the rising cost of living. As a result, the hub opened and saw hundreds of donations which were shared between 10 local charities, who distributed the gifts, food, decorations and more, to the people who needed them to help make Christmas happen. 

MADM is privileged to have been chosen as a named charity for the 2nd year. Thank you to MBC and to all who have and will donate to those in need.
